Sister Salaminah Dikeledi Mhlanga has supported natural births for over 20 years. Many mothers return for their second and third births. Some have experienced multiple natural births with her, including water births at home.
What happens during your birth at PMBcare?
When labour begins, Sister Dikeledi and her team stay with you throughout. They monitor your vitals and your baby’s heartbeat. You receive continuous emotional and physical support at every stage.
Our birth centre is designed for comfort and calm. You are not rushed. You are not left alone. You stay involved in every decision.
After birth, postnatal care focuses on both you and your baby. Follow-up visits help monitor recovery and early development.
Water birth option
PMBcare offers water birth for eligible mothers. Discuss this option during your prenatal visits to see if it suits your pregnancy.
